Our CVS volunteers have been receiving acknowledgement and awards for their outstanding contributions to the community. Sydney Multicultural Community Services volunteers have been front and centre during this pandemic in visiting the elderlies and reducing their isolation and loneliness. Each of our volunteer possess valuable skills and training to help the vulnerable members in our community. They have a calm and practical approach to assisting those in need. For her teamwork, CVS volunteer Angelica Castaneda received an award from the Inner West Council. Well done Angelica and thank you for making the trek from Umina Beach to visit the elderly in Lilyfield for many months. We love our volunteers!
