My name is Ranju Bala and I am a Generalist Caseworker at Sydney Multicultural Community Services. I have completed Masters of Social Work from Western Sydney University. I am from Northern part of India and absolutely love living in Australia. I love reading books, listening to music and helping others in need. I believe in equality, respect, and dignity. I would like to empower the CALD community and support them to live independently.
Recently, I became part of Sydney MCS because I believe in equality and would love to empower disadvantaged people experiencing language barriers, poverty, age, and disability. I can assist people with the right information and connect them to the most suitable service. Moreover, I can advocate for Housing NSW applications, assist people with Centrelink issues, accompany vulnerable clients, apply for a Home Care Package and apply for No Interest Loans.
